Deep Hole Road Land

This vacant lot on Deep Hole Road had been neglected for decades. Invasive vines had completely overtaken the property, wrapping around and pulling down mature trees. The overgrowth was so severe that the lot was barely recognizable as usable land. Our team undertook an extensive clearing effort, carefully removing the invasive growth while preserving the healthy trees beneath. The transformation revealed a beautiful lot ready for its next chapter — and the trees, finally free from the strangling vines, can now thrive. Since then, the lot has been graded and leveled, opening up clean views from the road and around the mature trees we saved. The only step remaining is reapplying a bit of topsoil and seeding it with grass.
